Do female teachers look the other way when girls hit boys in the balls?

In my school when girls hit boys in the groin the female teachers usually just smile and act like nothing happened, not that I mind . The male teachers always check if the boy is alright and usually tells the girl not to do that.

Is this common? How is it in other schools?
