The website YouTube is blocked in my country, how can I visit this website?

I have checked all the proxy websites given in the following page
http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/how-to-access-blocked-web-sites/
only a few of them work.Now I can visit the website but the videos are either not loading or the message " an error has occurred" is displayed on the screen.
