How can I stop my cat from peeing on soft furnishings?

My year old female cat (who has been spayed) has got back into her old habit of peeing on anything soft! Shes even done it in one of her cat beds and one of my handbags! Shes also urinated on a pile of mail that was lying behind the door. Shes a house cat (live in a flat and alot of cats in this neighbourhood vanish). Shes given attention, played with, cuddled has lots of toys and is rather spoiled!!!! She has her litter tray cleaned regulary.
Its driving me mad! Even when I put clothes on airer to dry she climbs up and pees on them. And today she managed to get into the airing cupboard and peed on sheets. I keep her out of my room too as she would pee on the bed.
Im fed up doing heaps of washing!!!!

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia).
