Is there some way to count the most frequently used words on Microsoft Word Office document?

I have an English text on my word document and I wanna know the most frequently used nouns, verbs and words in general. Is there any easy way or do I have to do it manually or is there some program that does it and if not, do you know the name of this process so that I can find it out online? Thanks for any help.
