I'll need:

1. A free Council house (with electricity, computers and other amenities)
2. A medical voucher for lifelong care
3. Burqa-clad women at my doorstep

Should I write the government of Pakistan? It's only fair if us White English can create our own "Mini Englands" in the subcontinent. Why should only we take it up our @rse every occasion?
